Event Pricing
Rentals of the venue include tables and padded white resin chairs. Black spandex table coverings are available at no additional charge. Guests may bring in catered food and beverage. A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed if food and/or beverage is served. There is an additional $50 insurance fee if alcohol is brought into the facility.
- Venue Rates:
- >> Weekdays: $125/hour*
- >> Weekends: $450 | 4 hrs**
- Optional Rentals:
- >> $2.50/pp Glassware, Plateware, & Flatware
- >> Coffee Service: $85 (Up to 100 cups, includes regular & decaf, cream, sugar, stirrers, styrofoam cups)
- >> Linens: Please Inquire For Pricing

*Two Hour Minimum (Setup & Breakdown Included)
** Each Additional Hour is $100 per hour – if you would like to set-up early and the space is available, there is a $100 fee for early set-up.
